Charly is a seasoned Executive Search professional, with over 20 years experience at a global level including as Head of Search at Westpac Group. In addition to managing her own Search firm, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, consulting at Senior Executive and C-Suite levels, across the Infrastructure, Banking and Finance, Technology, Public Sector (Transport for NSW) and Professional Services sectors (Deloitte Consulting) among others.
With a strong background in Search, including a 5 year tenure based in Hong Kong, Charly has delivered functional search mandates across Finance, Marketing, HR, technology and Operations. Upon returning to Australia, she has delivered consulting services to one of Australia’s leading financial institutions, a global IT vendor and several large professional services business. Charly has an exceptional Australasian network providing innovative talent attraction initiatives.
Charly commenced her career in Marketing and later worked in a Professional Services firm as senior Business Development Manager - servicing the top ASX listed companies. She is passionate diversity advocate and highly dedicated to best practice - presenting a uniquely fresh and personalised approach to Search.

Simon Andrew

Simon has a deep and varied skill set in investment banking, private equity, finance, property and technology. He has also owned and operated several national finance companies.
Simon has held senior roles in investment banking, finance and property for most of his career. He has also been a registered representative on the NYSE. He has also owned and operated 5 successful businesses, some of which he has built from the ground up. Simon now consults to CRA drawing upon his management experience for specific projects. Simon holds tertiary qualifications in Economics, Econometrics, Business Administration, and Classical and Ancient Studies, after attending Sydney Grammar School.
