Talent Mapping

External talent mapping is the proactive identification of potential candidates within the market (I.e. - understanding where competitor talent resides & future talent can be found). This approach to sourcing will provide you with quality candidates mapped to your critical roles and future business requirements. Key benefits of external talent mapping include:

Candidate Qualification & Tracking

Market mapping utilises a top down approach and provides a comprehensive snapshot and visibility of a market sector. It involves the gathering of market intelligence and research to assess industry dynamics and assist with competitor analysis. Specific intelligence typically includes market insights and trends, internal structures, reporting lines, key roles and salary details and helps to identify quality talent within a specific sector and organisation. Internally, market mapping assists with succession planning and benchmarking and also allows a business to remain competitive and of interest to key external talent.

Fee Structure

Hourly, Daily or Project Rate
A major proportion of our clients prefer to appoint CRA for several specific projects on an “internal / external” basis where there are substantial savings to be made, instead of paying individual search fees.
Flat Fee or Search Fee
At CRA we consider a flat fee structure is sometimes best suited to a small specific project requiring specialist arm’s length skills where a one off flat fee is appropriate. Otherwise the standard search fee will be more appropriate.
