Charly Roels is a distinguished executive search professional with over 20 years of experience at a global level navigating the complexities of the infrastructure, energy, financial services, consulting and government sectors. As Managing Director, she leads the firm's strategic direction, focusing on executive-level appointments and leadership transitions.
With a strong background in search, including a 5 year tenure based in Hong Kong, Charly offers an exceptional Australasian network. In her advisory capacity Charly has been instrumental in assembling diversity focused leadership teams for multi-billion dollar projects across Australasia.
Earlier in her career, Charly served as Head of Executive Search across Westpac Group. She is recognised for her deep market intelligence and ability to identify talent that aligns with long-term strategic objectives. Charly is passionate and highly dedicated to best practice - presenting a uniquely innovative, fresh and personalised approach to search.

Simon Levingston
Simon Levingston leads financial services and development within CRA, bringing a unique perspective from his background in banking, finance and property. He specialises in identifying leaders capable of driving innovation within these environments.
Simon has been involved in engagements across state government agencies, the energy sector and financial services including critical search, talent mapping initiatives and succession planning. His consultative approach ensures that clients receive not just candidates, but a comprehensive assessment of cultural fit and strategic capability, essential for modern private and public sector leadership.
Simon has formal training in economics with specialisation in econometrics and business administration, underpinning advanced analytical capability, financial modelling expertise, and commercial decision-making insight.
