Charly Roels is a distinguished executive search professional with over 20 years of experience at a global level navigating the complexities of the infrastructure, energy, financial services, consulting and government sectors. As Managing Director, she leads the firm's strategic direction, focusing on executive-level appointments and leadership transitions.
With a strong background in search, including a 5 year tenure based in Hong Kong, Charly offers an exceptional Australasian network. In her advisory capacity Charly has been instrumental in assembling diversity focused leadership teams for multi-billion dollar projects across Australasia.
Earlier in her career, Charly served as Head of Executive Search across Westpac Group. She is recognised for her deep market intelligence and ability to identify talent that aligns with long-term strategic objectives. Charly is passionate and highly dedicated to best practice - presenting a uniquely innovative, fresh and personalised approach to search.

Simon Martin
Simon is a specialist executive search advisor combining deep financial markets expertise, rigorous econometric and mathematical training, and certified proficiency in artificial intelligence, a rare convergence that brings analytical precision and strategic insight to leadership search.
His career spans investment banking in the USA, private equity advisory, finance and property development, including advising large corporations and significant property developments on capital structures and private equity raising, globally. This firsthand commercial experience gives Simon an understanding of the financial complexity and leadership demands that characterise high-stakes environments.At CRA, Simon leads the financial services and development practice, working alongside founder Charly Roels to support the firm's growth nationally and globally. His engagements span state government agencies, the energy sector and financial services, delivering C-suite and executive leadership teams, seniors appointments, and talent mapping across all complex environments.Simon holds formal training in economics with specialisation in econometrics and business administration, is a recognised expert in artificial intelligence, and holds Anthropic (Claude) certification, equipping clients with an advisor who understands their industry, their numbers, and the landscape in which their leaders must succeed.
